New Features

Stay Signed In Option

You can now choose to stay signed in to the dashboard for extended periods. A new "Keep me signed in" checkbox appears during login, giving you control over your session length. This is especially useful for administrators who frequently access the dashboard throughout the day and want to avoid repeated logins.

Bulk Tenant Group Operations

Manage multiple tenant groups at once with new bulk operations. Select several groups and apply changes simultaneously, saving significant time when configuring settings across your organization. A confirmation dialog ensures you review changes before applying them, and improved navigation lets you return to exactly where you left off.

Dashboard SSO Access Management

Control which users can access the dashboard through single sign-on directly from the API Access settings page. The new Dashboard SSO Access section provides a centralized location to manage authentication permissions for your team.

Improvements

Session Management

  • Session expiration warnings: You'll now see a notification modal before your session expires, giving you time to save work and stay logged in. The dashboard automatically refreshes after session expiration to ensure you're always working with current data.

  • More reliable authentication: Session handling has been improved to prevent unexpected logouts during normal use. Token refreshes now include safety buffers and automatic retry logic for temporary network issues.

Kaseya 365 Billing

  • Clearer billing checkbox: The Kaseya 365 billing option is now more prominent during tenant setup to prevent accidental billing configuration mistakes.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed unexpected logouts: Resolved an issue where administrators would be randomly logged out during active sessions due to conflicting token refresh attempts.

  • Fixed directory group errors: Group management operations that failed silently due to missing directory permissions now display clear error messages explaining what's needed.

  • VIP import fixes: Resolved issues with the Graphus VIP import tool that could prevent proper data synchronization.

For MSPs: A new "Import Lists" tab in Partner Center lets you selectively import Graphus allow lists for your managed organizations, giving you control over which entries to migrate.

For Administrators: Import tools appear automatically in your settings pages when your organization has been migrated from Graphus, allowing you to bring over allow lists, block lists, analysis lists, and VIP contacts with email validation to ensure data quality.

  • Google Workspace Setup: The Google Workspace installation confirmation now includes a direct link to the installation guide, making it easier to complete your setup.

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where the "Import profile photos" checkbox could be enabled in Google Workspace settings without the required Directory API permission being granted.
