Graphus Import for Kaseya Partners

Starting January 1st, 2026 — Kaseya partners can now import Graphus-protected teams directly from the Partner Center. The new bulk import wizard lets you select multiple teams at once, assign admin roles, and choose which INKY products to activate. You can view each team's current Graphus protection status and disable Graphus protection when needed, streamlining the transition to INKY for your managed clients. Phishing Simulation Platform Configuration

Setting up third-party phishing simulation tools like BullPhish ID is now easier with the new configuration assistant. When configuring Microsoft 365 Advanced Delivery settings, you'll see real-time progress logs showing each step of the setup process. If you need to override existing settings, you can do so with a single click, and the system will monitor the operation in the background until completion. • Team selector responsiveness: The team selector now loads faster and displays the correct team names even when switching between organizations with many teams.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue where the team selector would show team IDs instead of team names when navigating to teams not in the initial list.

• Resolved horizontal scrolling on settings pages caused by third-party chat and feedback widgets.

• Fixed a date display bug where dates near year boundaries (late December/early January) could show the wrong year.

Redesigned Team Selector

The team selector dropdown has been completely rebuilt with a modern, searchable interface featuring distinct icons for different team types:

• Globe for "All Teams"

• Building for organizations

• People for regular teams

The dropdown now displays accurate team counts and limits results to 100 teams for faster loading in large organizations — searching will still bring back more teams that match the search.

Improved Allow/Block List

The Allow/Block list settings page now features a modern data table with new filtering capabilities:

1. Filter by Status (Enabled/Disabled)

2. Filter by Result Type

3. Filter by User Email

4. Bulk actions (enable, disable, delete) with progress indicators

5. Improved error handling that stops on first failure with clear error messages

• Fixed team selector sorting to properly alphabetize teams

• Fixed Approvers export functionality in Outbound settings

CSV Support for VIP Entries

• New Capability: You can now edit, copy, and manage email addresses in the VIP list using comma-separated values (CSV).

• Usage Guide: Simply select an existing user entry, choose edit or copy, and add multiple emails separated by commas in the designated input field.

• New Productivity Insights: Introducing the Graymail report to measure productivity gains from graymail filtering, revealing time saved at 15 seconds per message.

• Key Data Visualization: Features include trend charts, top graymail sources, and a ranking of top users.

• How to Use: Navigate to Analysis > Reports, then select Graymail from the dashboard or listings.

Consolidated Reports Page

• Improved Navigation: Threat Level, User Reporting, and Link Clicks reports have moved to the Reports page, streamlining access.

• Quick Access Cards: All standard reports are now available for quick selection from the homepage of the Reports page.

• Updated Analysis Menu: Now shows Observations, Custom Dashboards, Reports, etc.

Microsoft 365 Groups Migration

INKY now supports migration from legacy mail-enabled security groups to Microsoft 365 Groups, unlocking advanced management capabilities and modernizing your email security infrastructure.

What's New:

• Seamless migration from mail-enabled security groups to M365 Groups

• Manage included, excluded, and journaling users directly in INKY Admin Center

• User assignments remain consistent during migration

• Adopts Microsoft's modern group management standard

Group Management Interface - M365 Only

A comprehensive group management interface is now available in the Admin Center, providing direct control over user assignments, group membership, and sync settings.

What You Can Do:

• Include Group - Manage users protected by INKY (displays total count)

• Exclude Group - Control users exempt from INKY processing

• Journal Group - Configure users for journaling functionality

• Auto-sync - Enable automatic synchronization from Microsoft 365

• Search and filter - Quickly find users by name, email, status, or type

Quarantine Message Preview with Analysis

Quarantine message previews now include full INKY analysis even for messages quarantined by Microsoft before reaching INKY's processing pipeline.

What's New:

When previewing quarantined messages, administrators now see:

• INKY's threat analysis - Complete banner breakdown showing detected threats

• Threat categories - Sensitive Content, First-Time Sender, Spam Content, etc.

• Microsoft quarantine context - Clear indicator when Microsoft quarantined before INKY

• Message body preview - View actual message content alongside analysis

• Multiple view tabs - Body, Raw Headers, and Attachments

Quarantine Auto-Release

INKY can now automatically review newly quarantined emails and release messages it identifies as likely Microsoft false positives, reducing administrative overhead and improving mail flow.

How It Works:

When enabled, INKY periodically reviews messages in Microsoft's quarantine. If INKY's analysis determines a quarantined message is legitimate (likely a false positive), it automatically releases the message to the user's inbox with appropriate INKY banner protection.

Sign-In Events Page (General Availability)

The Sign-In Events page is now generally available, providing comprehensive visibility into user authentication activity and potential account compromise indicators. This is available for M365 tenant only.

What It Tracks:

• User sign-in attempts (successful and failed)

• Sign-in locations and IP addresses

• Device and application information

Key Use Cases:

• Detect compromised accounts through unusual sign-in locations

• Investigate suspicious access attempts

• Monitor authentication patterns
