You can now choose to stay signed in to the dashboard for extended periods. A new "Keep me signed in" checkbox appears during login, giving you control over your session length. This is especially useful for administrators who frequently access the dashboard throughout the day and want to avoid repeated logins.

Manage multiple tenant groups at once with new bulk operations. Select several groups and apply changes simultaneously, saving significant time when configuring settings across your organization. A confirmation dialog ensures you review changes before applying them, and improved navigation lets you return to exactly where you left off.

Control which users can access the dashboard through single sign-on directly from the API Access settings page. The new Dashboard SSO Access section provides a centralized location to manage authentication permissions for your team.
Session expiration warnings: You'll now see a notification modal before your session expires, giving you time to save work and stay logged in. The dashboard automatically refreshes after session expiration to ensure you're always working with current data.
More reliable authentication: Session handling has been improved to prevent unexpected logouts during normal use. Token refreshes now include safety buffers and automatic retry logic for temporary network issues.
Clearer billing checkbox: The Kaseya 365 billing option is now more prominent during tenant setup to prevent accidental billing configuration mistakes.
Fixed unexpected logouts: Resolved an issue where administrators would be randomly logged out during active sessions due to conflicting token refresh attempts.
Fixed directory group errors: Group management operations that failed silently due to missing directory permissions now display clear error messages explaining what's needed.
VIP import fixes: Resolved issues with the Graphus VIP import tool that could prevent proper data synchronization.

If your organization is migrating from Graphus, you now have streamlined tools to import your existing security configurations directly into INKY. Import your allow lists, block lists, analysis lists, and VIP contacts with just a few clicks, making your transition seamless without losing your carefully curated security settings.
For MSPs: A new "Import Lists" tab in Partner Center lets you selectively import Graphus allow lists for your managed organizations, giving you control over which entries to migrate.
For Administrators: Import tools appear automatically in your settings pages when your organization has been migrated from Graphus, allowing you to bring over allow lists, block lists, analysis lists, and VIP contacts with email validation to ensure data quality.

IP Address Visibility: When reviewing user-reported emails in message view, you can now see the originating IP address for each report, helping you identify patterns and assess threats more effectively.
Google Workspace Setup: The Google Workspace installation confirmation now includes a direct link to the installation guide, making it easier to complete your setup.
Fixed an issue where the "Import profile photos" checkbox could be enabled in Google Workspace settings without the required Directory API permission being granted.

Starting January 1st, 2026 β Kaseya partners can now import Graphus-protected teams directly from the Partner Center. The new bulk import wizard lets you select multiple teams at once, assign admin roles, and choose which INKY products to activate. You can view each team's current Graphus protection status and disable Graphus protection when needed, streamlining the transition to INKY for your managed clients. Setting up third-party phishing simulation tools like BullPhish ID is now easier with the new configuration assistant. When configuring Microsoft 365 Advanced Delivery settings, you'll see real-time progress logs showing each step of the setup process. If you need to override existing settings, you can do so with a single click, and the system will monitor the operation in the background until completion. Team selector responsiveness: The team selector now loads faster and displays the correct team names even when switching between organizations with many teams.
Fixed an issue where the team selector would show team IDs instead of team names when navigating to teams not in the initial list.
Resolved horizontal scrolling on settings pages caused by third-party chat and feedback widgets.
Fixed a date display bug where dates near year boundaries (late December/early January) could show the wrong year.

Quarantine message previews now include full INKY analysis even for messages quarantined by Microsoft before reaching INKY's processing pipeline.

INKY can now automatically review newly quarantined emails and release messages it identifies as likely Microsoft false positives, reducing administrative overhead and improving mail flow.

How It Works:
When enabled, INKY periodically reviews messages in Microsoft's quarantine. If INKY's analysis determines a quarantined message is legitimate (likely a false positive), it automatically releases the message to the user's inbox with appropriate INKY banner protection.
