Usage & billing dashboard

Monitor mailbox usage, contract status, and product breakdowns across all managed teams from a single dashboard.

Inky now includes a dedicated Usage & Billing page for Kaseya partners and direct customers, providing visibility into mailbox counts, contract health, and product allocation — all without leaving the INKY dashboard.

• View total billable mailboxes, NFR mailboxes, and migration mailboxes with color-coded status indicators and overage alerts when limits are exceeded

• Track daily usage over 7, 14, or 30 days with a historical trends chart, and compare current usage against committed quantities per product

• MSP partners can view usage across all customer organizations, while direct customers see their own team's usage summary

Enhancements

On-demand email body loading

Require explicit user action to load email body content, preventing automatic loading when switching between messages.

Email body content in the Observations detail view now requires clicking a "Load Body" button before content is fetched, adding a layer of protection when reviewing suspicious messages.

• Email bodies are no longer loaded automatically when navigating between observations, reducing exposure to potentially malicious content

• A clear "Load Body" button replaces the previous auto-load behavior, giving administrators control over when content is retrieved

• Loading states and race condition protections ensure a smooth experience when reviewing multiple emails in sequence

Localized threat level labels

Display threat level labels and descriptions in the correct language, ensuring consistency across all Email Assistant banner messages.

• Threat level names and descriptions now match the language of other banner reasons and descriptions shown in the Email Assistant

• Labels are sourced from the backend when available, ensuring accuracy across all supported languages

• No configuration needed — localized labels apply automatically when your organization uses a supported language

Bug Fixes

• Product selector validation: Resolved "Invalid selection" errors caused by stale product IDs when switching between offers.
