Get an AI-powered second opinion on any inbound message, with a risk verdict, trickiness rating, and a plain-language explanation of why it was flagged.
AI-powered email analysis

• Open any message under Settings > Analysis > Observations and click Smart Insights for a verdict (Likely Legitimate, Suspicious, or Likely Malicious), a trickiness rating, risk indicators, and supporting signals.

• Disable it for a team to keep that team's mail out of the LLM at every phase of analysis.

• Available on INKY Pro, on by default for entitled teams, with a per-team opt-out under Settings > Admin Center > Analysis > Smart Insights.

Country Codes and known-sender exclusions

Remove specific inherited blocked sender locations and known-sender entries for a single team without changing the parent policy.

• Exclude individual inherited entries — blocked top-level domains, blocked sender locations (country codes), and known external senders — directly from Settings > Analysis.

• Inherited entries appear as read-only tokens; clicking the × on one excludes it for your team (× again restores it), so the parent policy is never altered.

• Tailor an inherited security policy to a team's real needs without duplicating or overriding the entire list.
