I am aware of the pre-built reports that have been provided for use, however they don’t provide enough data that we’d like to be able to send.
We would love to have the ability to automate sending a report to a given email address, which contains all emails that were blocked or otherwise quarantined/ redirected away from their inbox. That way, especially in the early weeks, clients can more easily point out false-positives that need to be whitelisted.
At the moment, clients need to know that they were supposed to get an email in order for us to investigate it and release from quarantine if it was redirected. This makes it rather hard to whitelist emails that they want, but wouldn’t have expected— for example, bidding opportunities for contracts often get marked as at least suspicious due to the financial aspects, but our clients don’t know that they miss the opportunities as they never see them in the first place.
