Add a filter to hide emails that have been marked as "Take no action"

When in the Analysis → Observations page, there is an option to select multiple emails then use the green thumbs up button to mark those messages as taking no action. Once that option is selected, the message will show a thumbs up icon in the Action column in the message list. But, I see no way to filter out those messages. There really needs to be a way to filter those messages out of the results list once they’ve been marked that way.
