Allow for authenticated user reports to automatically add to allow list/spam/block list. with apt warnings.

Banners are great for detection but the user interaction with the banner itself doesn’t mean much in certain situations. If greymail is deemed safe by the user it should automatically approve the report. This can be a setting on the Admin side to enable or disable based on how secure they want emails. Spam should also automatically be actioned upon by user report alone because regardless of admin confirmation or rejection the user doesnt want to see that.

Sensitive content, Phishing and more serious threats can always be required for admin approval but certain user reports should work on the user end.
