Automated Scheduling and Delivery of Detailed INKY Reports

INKY currently supports scheduled email delivery of the predefined Analysis Summary Report. However, the more detailed reports available under the Analysis section, including Threat Level, Link Clicks, User Reporting, and Graymail, can only be generated and downloaded manually.

We would like the ability to schedule these individual reports for automatic generation and delivery by email on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Ideally, administrators should be able to:

• Select one or more report types.

• Select the organizations or customers included in the report.

• Choose the reporting period.

• Configure a recurring delivery schedule.

• Add one or more email recipients.

• Receive the report as a PDF or CSV attachment.

• Generate reports through an API or retrieve them through a secure download link.

As an MSP, we prepare recurring security reports for multiple customers. Automating these detailed reports would reduce manual work, improve reporting consistency, and allow the reports to be integrated into platforms such as Rewst and other MSP automation tools.

This functionality would be especially valuable for MSPs managing reporting across many customer organizations.
