Bulk submit emails as phish from admin portal

Submit emails for review from admin portal

Allow selecting multiple emails at once in the admin portal and submitting them in bulk as phish, instead of reporting them one by one. Currently a filtered view under observation can show all matching emails (for example phishing sent to a customer from multiple domains), but there is no way to select them all and submit them as a phish. Reporting each email individually takes too long when there can be hundreds of emails, and asking end users to report them one by one is not a good use of their time.
