I would appreciate a feature that would allow me to create delivery profiles based on internal recipient e-mail addresses. This could function similarly to Email signature profiles.
The idea would be to add higher risk users (or users who have proven to ignore banners) to a more strict delivery profile where more items would be quarantined.
We operate with an admin-level quarantine and users do not receive notifications for messages that end up there so we allow danger-level e-mails to be delivered to the Junk Email folder.
There are some messages (internally originating Outlook meeting invites that get forwarded back into the org) that properly get flagged as a name spoof. These types of messages are common enough that quarantining them causes a lot of extra work for IT admins to monitor the queue.
If we could have more control of delivery targets based on recipient lists OR if we could have end users notified that a message was quarantined, either of those would be immensely helpful.
