As an MSP, we are protecting our own internal tenant with INKY. We allow INKY to run on our ticket email so that we reduce the number of spam tickets, but we need to be able to fine tun it more. For example, we need to be able to disable Brand Impersonation checks for our ticketing address, as every time a user sends in a screenshot of a Microsoft sign-in error, the email gets blocked as Brand Impersonation. We donโt want to disable this across the company, as it is a useful check in most situations.
