INKY’s link rewriting is breaking the SharePoint link settings, such as Open in Desktop Application. This is a real problem when the customer has explicitly set this setting, but when they send links to each other within the same company, it breaks this setting and we get tickets. The solution we found was to manually exempt the customer’s SharePoint and OneDrive from link rewriting. Since INKY seems to be aware of the customer’s SharePoint tenant in other places, could this be set up as an automatic setting (or at least one that we can set at the parent tenant so that we don’t have to update 200 tenants manually)?
