Enhancements to new User Signature Visibility

The new User Signature Visibility feature is very handy and much appreciated. However, it would be very nice if we could display more than 20 rows at a time, and it would also be much easier to navigate if it allowed filtering, so we could filter by things like “Opted In”, “Enabled”, “Disabled”, etc. Currently, if you sort by any of the fields, it only sorts the results on the current page.
