I am relatively new to Inky and have used both Exclaimer and CodeTwo. What’s nice about Inky is the obvious…price point! I would like to request some changes/additions to the user interface which would greatly improve the service.
Better design options. Currently, there are limitations on the layout, fonts, colors, and other content such as photos or company slogans etc.
Right now, we can change the font and color for only certain fields. We can increase the company phone number to a 12 font but the phone prefix is stuck at 10 point font. Custom attribute fonts are also not changeable. This is frustrating as it does not allow us to customize the signatures to what we require.
Signature scheduler. This was nice to have in CodeTwo. The ability to have different signatures apply based on certain dates. Example: we previously had a standard signature but we also had custom signatures for December (Season’s Greetings..), January (Happy New Year) and so on…
