Fix text visibility/contrast issues in Dark Mode for Quarantine settings and emails

I want the text in the Quarantine Auto-Release settings modal and emails to be visible when using Dark Mode. Currently, the text appears to be white on a white background, making it impossible to read settings or email content without switching modes. This is happening in the new Quarantine Auto-Release interface.
