Integration with myITprocess for QBR reports

Summary:
We would like INKY to integrate with myITprocess to enable automated reporting of email security activity (quarantine, spam filtering, phishing protection, etc.) for use in QBRs and client reporting.

Background:
We currently use myITprocess to generate QBR reports for our clients. Previously, Graphus integrated well by providing actionable email security metrics that could be easily included in these reports.

As we transition from Graphus to INKY, we are looking to maintain (and ideally improve) this level of visibility within a single reporting platform.

Requested Functionality:

• Native integration with myITprocess (API-based preferred)

• Export or sync of key metrics such as:

  • Emails blocked/quarantined

  • Phishing attempts detected

  • Malicious links neutralized

  • User interaction metrics (optional but valuable)

• Support for multi-tenant/MSP environments

• Scheduled or real-time data sync for reporting automation

Business Value:

• Enables MSPs to clearly demonstrate the value of INKY to clients during QBRs

• Reduces manual reporting effort

• Keeps security insights centralized in one pane of glass

• Helps align INKY with existing MSP reporting workflows
