Mass Edit Allow List for DMARC Settings

I want to be able to mass edit my allow list to force DMARC checking on multiple existing entries at once. Currently, I have to delete and re-add them or edit them individually, which is a huge waste of time. I need a way to select multiple entries and toggle the DMARC requirement for all of them simultaneously.
