Outbound Protection ATO

Please allow disabling Low and Medium risk ATO actions, preferably by adding a "Do nothing" option to the drop down. Making the list of options; Quaratine, Discard, Deliver, Do Nothing. Doing nothing should include not sending a notification or there should be separate notification options for each risk level.
