I have several customers who I’m trying to move to Inky from other protection platforms. The primary pushback I’m getting is that other providers offer a plugin or dropdown that triggers encryption.
The customers’ primary concerns with sending emails for encryption based on typing subject line tags like [encrypt] are based around possible spelling mistakes or other syntax errors. As the encrypted content doesn’t follow clear patterns like SSNs or be counted on to be picked up by Data Type category, they need a proactive way for users to encrypt the messages.
Is there any way to implement a button or category to simplify encryption beyond subject line tagging? Is anything being worked on that I can let these customers know is coming to make them open to considering the platform in the future?
