Quarantine improvement

As an INKY admin, I would like to know if a quarantined email was blocked by a user without having to preview the email.

Two options:

Add a category under Quarantined By to either be Microsoft, INKY, or User.

Add a field when an admin opens the email to indicate a user block (or read the Quarantined By field if it indicates User Block).
