Record INKY reports of BullPhish ID simulations in BullPhish ID

When a user reports a BullPhish ID phishing simulation with INKY's Report button, record it in BullPhish ID as a successful user action, so the campaign results show who caught it.

INKY does this for KnowBe4 when a KnowBe4 license key is entered. There is no equivalent for BullPhish ID today.
