URL Rewrite - Take actions from Observations - Links/Link Clicks

When INKY stops end-users from going to a website due to “Do not allow users to continue to a potentially dangerous site.“ option turned on, it’s not as obvious that URL has been blocked and to whitelist it. Let alone to understand why so instead of whitelisting an owner can be contacted.

An ability to exclude/allow list a URL from the Links/Link Clicks screen, similar to how User Reports can be confirmed, would be helpful and not only speed up the process

but minimize room for mistake due to copy/paste, sub-domain etc confusion.
