Banner color customization

The red, yellow, gray, and blue banner colors when showing neutral, caution, and danger in the emails are fixed colors with no customization options as of 8/18/2026 according to INKY support. We’d like to be able to customize the color of the banners in the emails.

Option to change banner color from gray to green

The gray banners represent all neutral emails.

There should be an option to turn the neutral banner color from gray to green, to avoid confusion.

Marking this Not Planned. The neutral banner is intentionally gray. Green reads as a "safe / trusted" signal, and applying it to neutral mail — which INKY simply hasn't flagged, not vetted — would train users to trust messages we haven't verified. Keeping the neutral banner visually distinct from any positive-trust cue is a deliberate choice in a phishing-protection product.
