Quarantine Digest Emails

A lot of customers are requesting a Quarantine Digest, similar to Proofpoint and Barracuda Email Security. I understand this is done through Microsoft but since INKY is natively connected through Microsoft, is there a way to create a functionality to set up Quarantine Digests directly from the INKY Portal? If not, could that be created?
