Customizable Quarantine digests

We would like to send users a list of quarantined emails without giving them access to the Microsoft Defender portal.

The email available in Defender does not permit the removal of links to the Defender Quarantine page or Review Message.

Our end goal is for users to email us with a list of emails they would like to have released, which we can then further analyse.

Many of or clients have reported missing very important emails that have been quarantined by mistake. Asking them to log in to 365 defender to check the quarantine list is not an adequate solution - especially for those that have multiple mailboxes.

Surely a daily review of quarantined emails sent to each individual user can’t be too difficult to implement? Even if they can’t release them directly, they can at least contact us and we can sort for them.

    Quarantine Digest Emails

A lot of customers are requesting a Quarantine Digest, similar to Proofpoint and Barracuda Email Security. I understand this is done through Microsoft but since INKY is natively connected through Microsoft, is there a way to create a functionality to set up Quarantine Digests directly from the INKY Portal? If not, could that be created?

This is required in the user center, why admin need to switch to M365 quarantine message when Inky already reading quarantined messages list also can release. It shouldn't be so hard to implement
