Triage Reported mail

the reported mail section needs to have persistent filter that we can set to filter out things that we don't need to see such as, emails reported safe, or emails reported phish that were known phishing simulations.

Allow for authenticated user reports to automatically add to allow list/spam/block list. with apt warnings.

Banners are great for detection but the user interaction with the banner itself doesn’t mean much in certain situations. If greymail is deemed safe by the user it should automatically approve the report. This can be a setting on the Admin side to enable or disable based on how secure they want emails. Spam should also automatically be actioned upon by user report alone because regardless of admin confirmation or rejection the user doesnt want to see that.

Sensitive content, Phishing and more serious threats can always be required for admin approval but certain user reports should work on the user end.

This is already possible when the user reports the message they can allow/block things for subjective categories. Or they can go to their user center and do the allow and block there.

End User Report without Admin approval

It would be wildly nice to allow companies to mark emails as safe without an admin needing to verify. This would greatly reduce the workload of the helpdesk for companies who want this privledge and understand the risk.

Please can this be considered and a feature added? I don’t see an option to disable this second verification check

Add to filters at the MSP all teams level

When adding block lists from a message observation please add a toggle to create the rule at the all teams level rather than just the team that received that email

    Threat Center Reported E-mail

Guys common. Automatically accept the users submission for Safe E-mails and Spam e-mails. Also the feature to mark approve multiple submissions is not working because it only allows us to do No Action. You can’t expect us to sit there and go through reported emails common that is nonsense it clearly shows you have no clue how and MSP environment operates.

Bulk Confirm Messages in Custom Dashboard

Ability for admins to select all messages in a message list and bulk confirm.

Existing workflow is cumbersome — this would speed things up significantly.

Also requested for the Observations tab: Ability to use checkboxes to select and bulk confirm user reports (e.g. spam reports, graymail marked as safe) instead of having to create rules per domain or confirm one at a time.

Confirm user reports in Observation tab in bulk.

Currently the only options for reports en masse are creating a rule based on the domain i.e. Do not warn anymore for user or regardless of recipient, delete the message, or do not take action. For emails the user mark as spam or greymail reported as safe, it would be easier to use the checkboxes for all of them and mark as confirmed. Spam the user doesnt want to see it anymore and safe greymail without any other threat is fine.

This request has been merged into **"Bulk Confirm Messages in Custom Dashboard"** which now also covers bulk confirm in the Observations tab. Votes have been transferred.
